This soy ginger vinaigrette is a delicious sweet and savory salad dressing that is wonderful on salads and can also be used as an Asian marinade for chicken or fish.

Ingredients
- Soy Sauce
- Rice Vinegar
- Honey
- Sesame Oil
- Canola or Vegetable Oil
- Minced Garlic
- Grated Ginger
- Sesame Seeds
- Black Pepper
How to prepare the dressing
As with most salad dressings the preparation is simple. Just add all of the ingredients to a small bowl and whisk to combine. Let the dressing rest for about 30 minutes if possible to allow the flavors to combine.
There is no binder in this dressing so the oils will separate quickly so give it a quick stir or shake in a jar before serving to combine.
What to serve with Soy Ginger Vinaigrette
My favorite salad for this dressing is my Asian chopped salad with seared tuna. It's like they were made for each other! The dressing is also awesome as a marinade for grilled chicken and salmon too.
