Easy Shredded Chicken Sliders

Ingredients
- 4 cups shredded chicken around 1 rotisserie chicken
- 12 slider rolls
- 6 slices provolone cheese or Swiss
- 2 Tablespoons butter melted
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375℉ and spray a 9 by 13 baking dish with cooking spray or grease with butter.
- Mix the melted butter, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and poppy seeds in a small bowl.
- Slice the rolls in half, lengthwise, and add the bottom half to the prepared baking dish.
- Spread the shredded chicken onto the rolls, then add the cheese slices on top.
- Add the tops of the rolls, then brush the butter mixture over the top.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for 5 more minutes.
- Remove from the oven and cut into individual sandwiches, then serve immediately.
