These air fryer sweet potato wedges are crispy on the outside and soft and tender on the inside, and they're coated in a sweet and spicy seasoning. Best of all, they're ready in just 15 minutes!
Rinse and dry the sweet potatoes, then cut them into evenly sized wedges around ½-inch thick.
Place the sweet potatoes in a large mixing bowl and toss with the olive oil. Combine the seasonings in a small bowl, then sprinkle over the sweet potatoes and toss until they are evenly coated.
Place the sweet potatoes in your air fryer basket leaving room for air circulation. Avoid overcrowding the basket. Cook them in batches if necessary.
Cook the sweet potatoes for 12-15 minutes, flipping them every 4 to 5 minutes. Check the potatoes for doneness with a fork. If they are not completely tender, cook for another 2-3 minutes until cooked through.
