Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • ⅓ cup orange juice
  • ½ cup honey
  • 2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup butter
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions

  • Add the glaze ingredients to a small saucepan and cook over medium heat. Bring the mixture to a low simmer and stir until the sugar and butter have completely melted.
  • Simmer for 3-4 minutes, then remove from the heat and let cool slightly before spreading onto your ham.
