diced tomatoes
with juices

Velveeta cheese
cut into 1 inch cubes
Instructions
Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add in the spices and tomatoes with their juices. Fill the empty tomato can with water and add to the pan, then stir to combine.
Bring to a simmer, then reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 5 minutes, until most of the liquid had evaporated.
Stir in the cubed cheese and cook, stirring occasionally, until it has all melted and is smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
