Soy Ginger Salmon 

with Broccoli

Sheet Pan

1½ lbs salmon 1 lb broccoli  2 tbsp light olive oil 1 tsp kosher salt Marinade ¼ cup oil ⅓ cup soy sauce ¼ cup honey 1 tbsp mirin 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tbsp ginger, grated 1 tsp sesame seeds

In small bowl add marinade ingredients and whisk to combine.Place salmon in a gallon size plastic bag and pour in half of the marinade. Seal bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil, then place salmon and broccoli on baking sheet and cook for 15-20 minutes to desired doneness.

Heat remaining marinade in small pan over medium heat. Bring to simmer and allow sauce to thicken for around 5 minutes, then remove from heat. Remove salmon from oven and top with glaze
