Add all salad ingredients to a large serving bowl and toss gently to combine, then serve with the vinaigrette dressing.

Combine chopped herbs with softened butter and salt and pepper. Rub butter over and under the turkey skin.  Bake at 425°F for 20 min. Then Reduce heat to 350°F and bake until internal temp reaches 160°F

Quick Garlic Green Beans

3 cloves garlic 

Butter and Olive oil

Salt and Pepper

Add beans and ½ cup water to pan over medium heat and cover. Simmer for 5 min then remove cover. Allow water to evaporate then add butter and garlic.  Cook for 3 min then season with salt and pepper to taste.

Optional: Roasted Garlic

Peel and slice potatoes. Add to Instant Pot with 1 cup water.  Pressure cook for 7 min, then vent the pressure. Add whole milk and butter and roasted garlic, if desired, then mash. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Combine orange zest, juice, sugar and water in a pan over medium heat. Simmer until sugar dissolves, then add cranberries. Simmer until cranberries begin to burst and the mixture has thickened, around 10 -15 minutes.
