Combine chopped herbs with softened butter and salt and pepper. Rub butter over and under the turkey skin. Bake at 425°F for 20 min. Then Reduce heat to 350°F and bake until internal temp reaches 160°F
Add beans and ½ cup water to pan over medium heat and cover. Simmer for 5 min then remove cover. Allow water to evaporate then add butter and garlic. Cook for 3 min then season with salt and pepper to taste.
Peel and slice potatoes. Add to Instant Pot with 1 cup water. Pressure cook for 7 min, then vent the pressure.Add whole milk and butter and roasted garlic, if desired, then mash. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Combine orange zest, juice, sugar and water in a pan over medium heat. Simmer until sugar dissolves, then add cranberries. Simmer until cranberries begin to burst and the mixture has thickened, around 10 -15 minutes.
