Season the Salmon

Rinse the salmon and pat dry with paper towels. Brush with a light coating of olive oil,  then season with salt and pepper

Cook the Salmon

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Place the salmon in the air fryer  skin side down and cook for 8-10 minutes based on your preference for doneness.

Tips for Success

Cook in a single layer and avoid overcrowding the air fryer

Brushing the salmon with oil helps give it a crispier exterior, and coating the skin will help to avoid sticking.

Store leftover salmon in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 4 days.
