broccolini

olive oil

Kosher salt

freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Preheat your grill to medium high heat. Trim an inch from the bottom of the stalks, then rinse and dry the broccolini.
Add to a large bowl or sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil, then toss to coat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and toss again.
Place the broccolini on the grill and cook for around 7 minutes, flipping occasionally, until lightly charred, then remove and serve.
