2Tablespoonsmaple syrup
1TablespoonDijon mustard
2Tablespoonsapple cider vinegar

Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a small bowl and whisk to combine.
If possible, refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving to allow time for the flavors to combine.
Notes
Storage: Store in a jar or other airtight container and refrigerate for up to 1 week. The vinaigrette will solidify in the refrigerator. When ready to use let it sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes to liquify. You can also sit the container in a bowl of water to speed up the process.
