Brussels Sprouts
trimmed and halved

olive oil

bacon
cut into 1 inch pieces
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F
Rinse and trim outer leaves from Brussels sprouts, then trim the stem and cut in half
Toss with olive oil and season with salt and pepper then arrange on a sheet pan in a single layer, cut side down.
Cut bacon into 1-inch pieces and sprinkle around the Brussels sprouts.
Bake for 20 minutes until Brussels sprouts are tender and browned and the bacon is crispy.
