These Bisquick sausage balls are made with cheddar cheese, pork sausage, and Bisquick mix for a quick and easy holiday appetizer that's always a crowd favorite.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine the shredded cheese and Bisquick mix in a large mixing bowl.
Add the sausage to the bowl and use your hands to break it up into small pieces and mix it in with the cheese and Bisquick until well combined. Stir in the milk to moisten the mixture.
Using a cookie scoop or your hands, form the mixture into balls around 1½ inches in size or a little smaller than a golf ball.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
