Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a sheet pan with foil, then set a wire rack in the pan. Combine the breadcrumbs and seasonings in a large plastic bag.
Brush the pork chops with olive oil on all sides. Then working one at a time, add a pork chop to the bag, seal the top, then shake until the pork chop is coated in the breading. You can press the pork chops into the mixture to help get a good thick coating. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet and repeat with the remaining pork chops.
Bake the pork chops for around 20-25 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F. Do not flip while baking.
