Sheet Pan
Thanksgiving
Begin by preparing the stuffing
Dry bread and cut into cubes
Dice carrot, celery, and onion
Satue vegetables until softened
Remove from heat and add stock and seasonings
Combine 1 beaten egg, bread cubes and veggie mixture and toss
Season the turkey
Rub the turkey with olive oil then season with salt, pepper, and herbs.
Add stuffing to 1/3rd of the sheet pan and set turkey on top.
Place in 375°F oven
Prepare Sweet Potatoes
Set a sweet potato on cutting board with a chopstick on each side
Make thin slices accross the length of the sweet potato, stopping at the chopsticks
Line open end of pan with foil and add sweet potatoes.
Add Sweet Potatoes
Prepare Brussels Sprouts
Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts then toss with olive oil, slt, and pepper.
Make a foil tray for the srpouts then add to the pan and return to the oven.
Remove turkey and carve
Remove the turkey from the pan and let rest for 15 minutes. Return veggies to the oven.
Remove the turkey from the bone then slice into 1/4 inch thick slices.
