1½ cups graham cracker crumbs

⅓ cup light brown sugar

½ cup melted butter

Filling

4 egg yolks

 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk

 ½ cup Greek yogurt

 ½ cup lime juice

1 tablespoon lime zest

Crust

Combine crust ingredients in a mixing bowl.

Firmly press crust mixture into a pie dish. Bake for 10 minutes at 350°F then let cool.

Combine filling ingredients in a mixing bowl

Add filling to pie crust then bake at 350°F for 13 to 15 minutes. Allow to cool to room temp then refrigerate.

Refrigerate at least 3 hrs before serving. then decorate with whipped cream, lime zest, or lime twists if desired.
