3 pounds whole chicken wings 1 Tablespoon baking powder 2 Tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning, divided 3 Tablespoons melted butter 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
Trim whole wings at the joint between the drum and flat. Then Trim off the wing tip.
Toss wings with 1 T baking powder and 1 T lemon pepper seasoning. Set on a wire rack in a baking sheet.

Bake at 450°F for 20 minutes, then flip. Bake for another 20-25 minutes until browned and crispy.

Combine 1 T lemon pepper seasoning, 1 T lemon juice, and 3 T melted butter in a large bowl. Add wings and toss until coated then serve hot.
Dry the wings thoroughly with paper towels to remove any moisture from the skin.
The baking powder is key, it will raise the pH level of the skin helping it get super crispy
Cook the wings on a wire rack to keep them out of the fat that renders during cooking.
